Bad Attitude from Clicks Store Manage

I got myself some hair dye, the expensive Loreal brand and when I got home a cheap brand had been stuffed into the box I bought. it was not Loreal nor the colour I intended to buy. Luckily I spotted this before using the product. When I went back to the store the store Manager, a woman by the name of Rosemary, took the item along with my till slip and said she would check the batch. She returned saying there was nothing she could do. I asked for a Senior manager and she said she was it, however i doubt that as she was very unprofessional. She shoved the box at me and said i was rude because i demanded my money back. This was not the product i bought. Anyway, days later I call and followed up after my original call via the customer service line. No one ever came back to me. i have never and will never go back to clicks as i refuse to support to thugs who robbed me by providing me with bad products and their extremeley unporfessional rude staff. I especially visited the Claremont store early on a Sunday morning with my 4 year old to avoid the rush and this was the terrible end result.
