Extremely Bad Attitude and Service Received

I have just received very bad attitude from a girl called Estie that works at the above mentioned Clicks Branch! I could not believe in the manner she attempted to assist me, she was so rude, unhelpful and had an attitude that honestly ruined my day! I even told her afterwards, that she should rather not help clients, she is very unfriendly. She didnt even acknowledge what I said, and she didnt dare to appologise. I took it up with the store manager, whom then said I should phone the customer care line!? As if I have time to explain the whole scenario over again. This woman should not be working with clients, she should rather be sweeping floors if anything! One thing is for certain, that branch is going to loose a lot of clients due to such an unproffesional and rude woman!
