ALMOST 6 HOURS AND NO HELP!!!

I have a query regarding my membership and question regarding moving my membership to a new gym in a different area. I have been constantly trying to call the Virgin Active call centre. On numerous occasions the voice prompt said the line is busy. Eventually when i get through, i hold on for at lease 15 minutes (at a time) with no answer but only an annoying woman asking me to stretch. I need help and Virgin Active has a call centre with no assistance. How is this possible??? I'm so upset right now and will consider moving my membership to another company totally. Virgin Active really does not know the meaning of customer service.
