Lack of interest

After trying in vain at various Dischem stores for a product that would be of great help to me and many others like me (black hair colour free of PPD), i decided to query/complain via the Dischem site. i received a call from a manager who said the product is discontinued (however, i see lots of the same product on the shelf, just not in black!). i thenm received a call from a lady who said they found 5 boxes at the Boksburg dischem, and will i be able to go collect it. naturally i said yes! only to go there to find they had the wrong product for me - the lady there said that's what she was asked to keep aside! i drove all the way for nothing. and not only that, the manager was supposed to get back to me wrt whether or not they can still source the product for me, and he has not! it frustrates me that there is a solution to my problem of allergies to hair color and i cannot get it, with absolutely no help from dischem. it makes the world of difference to me to be able to get this hair colour, but they obviously do not care about one lone customer (although i know a few people who are looking for this black Natur Vital permanent no PPD hair colour!). it is so disappointing!
