I purchased 2 pecan nut cinnabons at the food court in Canal Walk on Monday 16 September 2013.
When I got to Brackenfell (my workplace) I noticed a little hair in the sauce of the 1 Cinnabon. So I phoned Cinnabon and reached the store at Entrance 2 who then gave me the number of Cinnabon at the food court. I spoke to one of the staff members telling them that I found a hair/eyelash in the product, to which he's response was "Then take it out". Then I asked to speak to the manager because clearly this person did not know how to handle the situation. They then told me call the other store back. My mom spoke to the manger who said that we can return and exchange or refund the product the following day. This was a major inconvenience only to get there and be treated with complete disrespect. He kept telling me that I'm a child and he didn't need to deal with my attitude. Rolled he's eyes, laughed in my face and kept calling me a child. I am 21 years old and age has nothing to do with such terrible violations of consumer rights.

I just expected an apology, that's all! I got there at my own expense, paid for parking, etc and then got this rude behavior from the Manager at Entrance 2.
