TV returned with no explaination and remote filthy

First let me say I am a huge Samsung fan. Mostly everything in my house is Samsung, 3D TV, fridge, wine cooler, tablets, galaxy camera and the list goes on. So when I went to buy my daughter a TV on 17 March, the brand was a no brainer. We bought a Samsung TV. On the 14th of April when I switched on the TV, the screen was white. I took it back to the Game where I purchased it immediately. On collecting the TV today, no one could tell me what repairs were done, what was even wrong with this brand new TV and someone stuck the remote control with very sticky tape all over the back side and now my remote control is sticky and filthy. This for a TV which wasn't even a month old. I have no faith in this TVs ability not to break again, and when I hand over a brand new shiny remote control, I expect to get it back in the same condition. What a huge disappointment this was, and now I have a complete lack of faith if one of my many other new (or even older) Samsung products is to need repairs while under warranty still, that this is how it will be handled. So much for brand loyalty...
