Huge fan of Samsung - But highly Dissappointed

I'm not sure how important i am as an individual to Samsung, but the fact is that i am a total fan and tend to lean towards Samsung products whenever i need something.

I have a Samsung LED 3D Smart TV - A Samsung Bulray Home Theatre System - And i have purchased 2 x Samsung Galaxy S4 Cellphone on the launch Day via Cellc. (The guys at Cellc are very helpful) but unfortunatley it appears that both my galaxy S4 cellphones have a crackling noise in the speaker during calls.

I had to book bothe phones in for repairs in just after a week of purcahse and now my wife and i are both stuck without our phones. I am really dissappointed that such expensive handsets are faulty out the box. and now i have to wait so long before i can enjoy my product. kinda defeats getting the product on launch day if its going to be in repairs for so long.

I am also in the process of purchasing a Samsung Front Loader, and perhaps an aircon, but looks like brand quality and after sales support might be influencing me to go a different direction. I know my contribution is small. but i wish this could be resolved in a pleasnat way purely so that i dont lose faith im my favourite BRAND. Please help??
