Awaiting Feedback Wrt Delivery of Item

I purchased a gift online via the gift registery on the boardmans wedsite reference numbers are: 1717899/20130422/O.P.O and 2404130129/GO, I called the call centre on 0860692274 to arrange for the item to be delivered by Saturday the 27.04.2013 the call was escalated to fashion hot-line but no one has called back to advise me if the item will be delivered as per my request. The ladies in the call centre escalates the query but I do not receive feedback as to what is happening.
Can I please have feedback asap.
