Nico Khoza truly delivers excellent service :-)

Today I called into Netflorist sourcing a gift for my daughter's birthday on 26 January 2014. The item I was interested in could only be delivered on 29 January 2014. When I explained to Nico that I needed the item before 26 January 2014 she listened and did not hesitate to inform me that she would check with her supplier and try and assist to have the gift delivered on time. As promised Nico called me back with the good news that my daughter would receive her gift for her Birthday, I needed the gift delivered on Friday 24 January 2014. Nico was efficient, professional and friendly in taking my order. Thank you Nico for first class Service. You were empathetic, you listened, you gave feedback as promised and most importantly you delivered excellent service. Thank you and well done on your good attitude and service :-)
