Good Not Delivered. No feedback/resolution

I placed an order on 28 September 2013 and was informed that the item would be delivered on the 8th October 2013. On 10th Oct, I received a call from the courier confirming that the item would be delivered the next day however they had been given the incorrect address by Kalahari. The item has still not been delivered and has been returned to Kalahari claiming that the address was incomplete, however in the 5 times I have called, all 5 different agents have confirmed the FULL address. Senazo assured me that the parcel would be delivered today, 14th Oct and she would contact me re the same. neither she nor her supervisor Sylvia have bothered to contact me. I was told by both Nuraan and Jacintha that the parcel was returned to Kalahari. The staff are incompetent as they are not able to follow simple instruction or provide feedback. There is no accountability and no management on duty. Why do you offer a service if you are incapable of delivering? RIDICULOUS!!!
