I have had an account with Identity for years now, and have been paying when ever required, even closing the account a few times. Recently I was forced to take unpaid leave and notified Identity that I will not be able to make a payment as of end March 2013, but that there was still the payment for February to be deducted off my bank account, of which I was assured would happen the next morning. To no surprize, it did not happen and I received a phone call that it was their computer fault. I was already far out of town with no access to civilization, thus requested then that we make a payment arrangement for once I returned, which was accepted. Only this morning receiving an extreamly rude call from their collections department instructing me to pay R280 immediatly, which I then AGAIN explained was impossible as I am not receiving ANY form of income thus made the arrangement, to which the lady on the other side replied that its not her problem and I will be handed over. Why do you then make arrangements and get harased because an employee didn't do their job properly?
