WOW! Identity Credit Department are ATROCIOUS in their management of clients! And HOW do you start a telephone conversation without introducing yourselves?! I have just been THREATENED, CAJOLED, DISRESPECTED and EMBARRASSED by NICOLE at your accounts department.
The lady who called was decent enough but when I tried to explain the problem lay with YOUR functionality on FNB site, she put me through to NICOLE...
SORT OUT YOUR IT Department and ensure it is easy to link your account as a beneficiary with FNB, IDENTITY! You seem to be the ONLY company who has limited functionality on the FNB Banking website!!!
Your department REFUSED to deal with my PA who has been trying to resolve this since April! I just received the call while in an important meeting and was not given any courtesy! Please contact my PA in the morning on 0117836314
... and I was threatened BY NICOLE, that I would be blacklisted and my account frozen if I didn't make payment today - WHEN you are beyond criticism I suggest you even consider threatening your clients. NOT COOL IDENTITY!
