On 2 October 2013 I was contacted by Nthabiseng/Sicelo regarding payment for my arrears account. In the telephonic conversation I clearly stipulated and confirmed that I will make the full monthly payment via EFT at the end of October. A e-mail confirming their bank account was sent which I received. Today at 09:44 (was the 3rd call) I was phoned again regarding my o/s payment. Immediately I was irritated as I already made an arrangement and the conversation took a turn for the worse. I said to the lady that the call centre must do their job properly and make notes on the system as obviously no notes were made hence she phoning me again! Then it turned to a spat about "we can do our job properly" and me telling her "if you are doing your job properly why are you phoning me again to make arrangements when I already made arrangements". I put the phone down in her ear. I don't have time for incompetence and bad customer service. African Bank, you are the worst!!! STOP harassing me with payment phone calls!!! When I said I will do something, I will do it!!! I don't need your constant yacking and phone calls!!! I won't advise anyone to use African Bank.
