EVoucher problems

These vouchers can only be redeemed online - the worst website ever. Extremely user unfriendly plus the book lists are limited.

Worse still - if your voucher is worth 200Rand - your books cost R180 - the remaining R20 you can kiss goodbye! So now one has to give them your credit card details if you buy something else.

So to just use them - i have tried the website 6 times in the last 18 months. Sheer frustration call their landline number - no other way to reach them! 15 mins later no joy! Have you heard of emails?

Then call the hyde park branch - speak to a Mandla and also a Sidney - same response - they have no idea how the eVouchers work and cannot help. If you want they will give you the head office's number!

AND the eVouchers may not be redeemed at a store! Are they different companies altogether? Can't they scan the vouchers?

Just sheer frustration trying to use the vouchers. A gift to give your worst enemy!
