Regional Manager uses foul languag at custome

On 24 April i cammed Promenade to ask if they ahd a size 8 Puma soccer boot, which they did and said they will keep for me till the 25 April. Yesterday (25 April) when i went to collect the boots we discovered that the pair kept aside was mismatched. The sales assistant brought another pair from the floor that was scratched dirty and the laces were black. they called Zeewenwacht Mall and we were told that it will take 3 weeks to get the boots from Kuils River to Mitchell's Plain. my husband said that he couldnt wait that long and that he would take the boots at a discounted rate. the area manager was there. her name is Mareita. she said that we could get the boots for R260 (Boots were retailing for R299). I asked if she could give it to us for R250 as we were inconvenienced in the fact that i specifically called the day before and surely the assistant should have checked the boots before she put it away. She told tthe assistant in front of us "GEE NET DIE DISCOUNT" Since when is a regional manager that disrespectful.?? totally unacceptable behaviour!!! Disgusted!!!
