Incredible Connection
Term of contract not respected

No where in the contract is mentioned that the debit order is on the 25th. At my surprise to notice that you took your money earlier than agree, the settlement date must be respected. This is unacceptable and constitute a breach of contract. This is the second account i open with you and the previous account respected all terms in the contract and debt was settle without problem.may you explain to me what is the reason for this? You cannot just decide whenever suit you to debit my account. A breach of contract will be dealt accordingly. No confidence in incredible..i have a copy of the contract... and no where date of debit order is 25th.
