Terrible Delivery Service

I bought a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine from Game. The delivery guy was completely incompetent. He kept asking where I lived (when he has it right in front of him) and kept asking for directions. When I supplied him with simple directions from where he was (fourth road left, second road right) he shouted at me saying he doesn't know what I'm talking about and won't delivery my items if I play games with him. It's not my job to direct your staff, especially since he does this for a living - and how dare he threaten not to deliver my stuff. Train your staff and give them GPSes. The same guy had to deliver the dishawasher the next week because there was no stock and I had the same problem. I most certainly will NEVER by appliances from Game again because of the hassles, threats and abuse I have received. Absolute shameful service!
