Line suspended for no reason!!

I took a new contract with 8ta on the 07th of September 2013 and indicated my debit order date to be 25th of every month and gave bank details. On 25th of September, they did not debit until now (today 09th October) and they have not even tried to say the debit bounced back or something like that. I was also not very surprised with non-debit because my understanding was that the contract deal was finalised already in the month of Sept, and so i expected that my first debit will be 25th of October with prorata. BUT suddenly my line was suspended! Whose problem is this now??!!
I cannot even start to explain the inconvinience this has caused me- am in the process of buying a new car and as it is today, no one can reach me, my life plans are just on hold-feeling so. This new contract is my second with them, they have succesfully debited the first contract which has been running for the past 9 months with no problem.

This kind of disorder is disgusting as you have no idea how much of an inconvinience you are causing me. Worse they indicate they will open the line in 24 hrs and not immediately as requested.
