Can we have our ring back?

I bought a 9ct white gold engagement ring in December 2012 and in February this year my fiance complained about it fading which I couldnt understand for white gold. Upon enquiry we were informed that it needed refurbishment. I took it in over 5 weeks ago at the mega city branch in mafikeng & was told it would take 2-3 weeks as it had to go to Cape Town. Every week this month I have checked on it to no avail. If I knew it would take this long I would never have sent it in but rather find someone else to do it. My fiance & I are tired of explaining where the ring is. Can we just have it back please!
