TV Repair Taking Over A Month!

I bought a 42inch LG LED TV from Sandton Game 2 years back, a month and a half back it stopped working. I returned it on the 23rd of March, and was told that it was out of warranty so I'd have to pay for repairs. Disappointing considering I had paid -R7000 for it and suddenly it stops working, none the less I asked them to proceed. early last week (3 weeks later) I'm told that it will cost -R2500 to fix because the motherboard and Power Supply needs replacing. R2500 SERIOUSLY!!! I said it was fine they must just carry on fixing it, it's now been a month and I'm still without a TV...

What kind of suppliers do you work with that take a month to fix a TV? I find it unacceptable and ridiculous that I have to wait over a month for it to be fixed and the amount I must pay to have it fixed. I have an account with you and rest assured I'm settling it this month and closing it.
