Bought a Blu ray player at Game more than a year ago and as to their training, the sales rep tells me that for only R300 (or whatever the amount is) I can buy another 2 years extended warranty. So I then took it in the end. Then one day I realized the network port of it is not working anymore. I took it to game and waited and waited and waited. After about 10 calls and 6 weeks later, they returned an sms saying its fixed and I can come fetch it. I took it home and as I wanted to turn it on, I realized the remote is not working anymore, and it definitely was working before I took it in. Next day I returned it back to game and am still awaiting ever since. Its now 2 weeks since its been in again. That totals 2months. Was there yesterday and asked for a status update. The lady had some excuse of why she could not phone the supplier to hear what is happening with the product and said I will get a call today. Nothing... I don't think Im unreasonable, but this has taken long enough and not even a word of when I can expect it. Maybe another month... Urgh. Terrible.
