On the 22th of April 2013, i ordered an electric hot water bottle. Come the 24th, delivery arrived and to my utter disappointment what do i find in my package, a pair of headsets..Like really??? I was gracious and honest enough to call the call centre immediately and was told that they would make follow ups with the shipping department and rectify the mistake. More than 24 hours later, to my utter shock and amazement, i didnt receive feedback on my correct order?? so i made a follow up again with the call centre to be told a long tale of irrelevant details. Later Washiela phoned back to say they are out of stock and and have contacted supplier and will receive stock after 7 to 10 working days. Why must i be the one to be inconvenienced for these guys' incompetence. I wonder whose goods did i receive, sorry for that person who is missing the R900 headsets??? Takealot, this shows gross negligence on your part and as an online store the onus is on your to ensure you have stock of products before advertising and completing purchases. Unfortunately Takealot you have lost a valued customer as your incompetence has shocked me. My REFUND PLEASE!!!
