Repairs taking more than a month

I took my Ice maker to Game on 2013/04/06 for repairs that was just of of warranty over 3 months. Christina indicated that they do not stock waterwell ice machines and cannot repair them. I escalated to the manager and she indicated that Game honor repairs up to 5 years after the warranty expired. Christina then accepted the ice machine which was boxed in it's original packaging. Christina contacted me and indicated that the repairs is R498.00. I requested a detailed break down on what will be repaired, still waiting for it. I indicated that the repairs should be done, I followed up every Friday since then and only empty promises is given when the machine will be back.

Resolution:
Game to cover the repair cost and ensure that they deliver my Waterwell Ice machine to my home when they eventually receive it back from repairs.
