Waiting already 9 days for someone to come and fix

Good day.
I report my dishwasher on the 24 of April 2013 to the Service department. S000303371. On the sms that they send me, state that they will contact you within 24 hours. On the 30th of April I lock again a call on your website to contact me.
I received I mail from the service department, that someone will contact me the next day. Nothing. Yesterday,
the 2nd of May, I phoned again. The lady from the service department promise me that the technician will contact me that day. Nothing. Its Friday the 3rd, already 9 days. This is the second time that I report Whirlpools service. in the last 2 years.
