Empty promises

I bought 2 phones with insurance one got damaged, at first no one could help me put in the claim and now after i threatened to go to consumers board, now thy want to help. But for the past 3 days i get told that thy Will e-mail me the forms to claim, but still nothing! But i get told that thy contacted the insurance company and they will contact me, but still nothing. then it get said it will be followed up and still I'm waiting.

quick to sell stuff to you but when there is a problem everyone says but it is this one or that one that has to handle it and so the buck gets passed all around and around to no avail. what a wonder full service thy have hurry up and wait till you get tired and leave everything that is what thy probably want, or so it seems
