I think Cell C should not sell insurance if their staff does not know the product and cannot explain the important part to their clients and only when you claim than only the important part is told to you as the client. I added the insurance on my phone was not advised that the SIM should be in the phone at all times if so I would not have taken the insurance. The phone got lost in Congo Oct/Nov 2012 can't even remember the call centre could not help they were not sure if the phone was out of S.A said I can e-mail the claim -claim was rejected and I was not contacted phoned in Dec/Jan was advised claim was declined due to sim not in phone advised them phone was in Congo and we do not have the roaming option call centre agent said that is not there problem but I can sent them an e-mail sent e-mail last month and was told no it is declined. Yesterday I phoned in again and spoken to Natasha Gopi who was not friendly at all from the start of the call I ask her will they than reverse my payments as I have paid for the insurance up till last month she said that is not there problem, I need someone to phone me be back as I had problems from day one on this claim. thanks
