My mother bought a phone and insured it at Foshini their insurance company that deals with cell-phone insurance. She then gave the phone to me, the store assistance did not explain that if my mom had to give her daughter the phone she would have to tell the insurance company. The phone broke then I received a new one which Foshini did not tell the insurance company that the phone was exchanged. The phone was and reported, I followed all procedures. Foshini is now giving me stories about the phone, such as change of ownership and that the phone was exchanged they insured the new one. I am tired of these stories and the lack of information that is given to their consumers. I just want some honest service and a new phone. I have waited for a whole month for this claim to be processed and it was meant to take a week to process! As a consumer I deserve to receive the full information and good service. I am tired of waiting. I just want to receive a new phone and I don't know if I still want to do business with a foshini as they do not know how to conduct/handle their customers.
