No feedback regarding my claim

They broke into my car and I had to phone my insurance company (First for women) to report it and submit a claim. After being an hour on the phone, they have put everything through. They asked me to email a list of goods plus their receipts. I emailed them that same day so that I can get my stuff back as quick as possible. They came to fetch my car with the tow truck as it was not drive able. I don't know where they took it as no one said where or what they are going to do, hoping that I would receive a call saying what is happening. Its been two days and still I don't now where my car is or what is the report of my claim. I phoned them myself. Then they said that they have sent out a assessor to my car. Everything has been done and added to my claim but I received no response or phone call informing me of this. Now the claim amount is to small to for the insurance company to pay out. Why am I paying insurance then?! Then she said that she is still waiting on my email for the prices of the goods. This is where I got furious. I told her that I already sent it two days ago. She went through her mail box and Oh snap there is! Excuse: We are very busy
