Insurance / repairs delay

I handed my damaged cellphone in for repairs on 24 September and completed all the insurance claim forms. Its been over a week with no response unless I call and I am told have to wait another 21 days for the repairs to be done. I am also told that I am entitled to a loan phone but the branch has none available. this is totally unacceptable customer service!!! Cell C is very quick to sign you up for contracts (in a few hours) but if the company has to spend any money for a customer (eg repairs to a damaged insured phone) then you must wait weeks.
