What a great experience

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of beign served by Thokozani (I hope that I have his name write) in the furniture dept downstairs.

My wife went in to look at some chairs. She bought one to see if they would work. After taking it home, I went in on Sat morning to buy the other 9 of the set. Thokozani could not have tried harder to help us out while entertaining my young son who wanted to see if his sweets would scan.

Not only that, he promised to see if the could expedite the delivery. Yesterday he called my wife to say that he could get the chairs delivered 3 days earlier.

We both commented independantly what great service he gave and wanted him to get recognized for it.

He really is a star and is reason enough to shop at @Home Melrose Arch (as long as he can serve us).
