Still waiting for correct chairs to be delivered

Referring to our previous complaint named: 'More than 6 months to deliver 8 dining chairs'. The style of the chairs has changed, and all 8 chairs need to be replaced. On 18 April 2013 they dilivered 5 chairs (instead of 8 chairs), of which two was damaged. We took delivery of the other 3 chairs, therefore sitting with 5 old chairs and 3 new chairs. After numerous calls and SMSes, they haven't come back to us to replace the old chairs.
