@Home service terrible, no delivery after a month!

On 24/01/2013 We went to @Home to purchase dining chairs. Chose some we liked and went to pay. At till we were informed that we need to pay for the chairs now and they will be delivered to us in 10 days.
We phoned on 18/01/2013 to follow up and were informed "the chairs are in a warehouse in Deal Party and the warehouse only opens on a Wednesday, when the warehouse opens you can go collect them there"

It has been almost a month and this is the response we get from @Home?!
We saw the exact chairs at Mr Price the day we went to the shops but chose to purchase the chairs from @Home on that day because we felt their service was better. But oh boy were we wrong!!

I would like answers!!

Why has it taken so long despite the promised delivery time?
Why do we now have to go fetch the chairs from a warehouse in an industrial area 30km away from our home?
What will @Home do to rectify our terrible service experience?
