@Home still not delivering on their promise

Since 17 December I paid in full for 4 bar chairs. Two were in stock and I took them with me the same day. I have been waiting since 07 January 2014 for the other two chairs. It is the worst service ever!! You hae to complain when someone only gets back to you. With promises and more promises. Th stock is in Gauteng since 7 February (we were told by the store), and no one in the whole of @Home ca get 2 bar chairs to the Melrose arch store!!! It is the joke of 2014!!! I will tell every one I know about this and hopefully they will avoid all @Home stores and especially the Melrose Ach branch! I regret ever buying anything there! No wonder me ad 284 other people complain on hello [URL Removed] alone about @Home's bad servise!!!
