No delivery since purchase in January

My husband and I purchased a bedroom suite towards the end of January. Since our last feedback in Febuary we still have not received details of when this will be delivered but are always told how their products are not local.
This service has really been uncalled for and the least we could have asked for was that the sales person keeps in constant communication with us.
I am really getting frustrated and wish they would deliver the things already. Get your act together guys
