Still waiting for part delivery

We bought a bedroom suite on 29 March and haven't received the full bedroom suite to date. We had to threaten Rochester Carnival Mall that we would cancel the order upon which the manager reacted and arranged for delivery of what was in stock. The incorrect dresser was delivered and returned and one pedastal haven't been received to date. After several calls I was furnished with the head office number. I called Rochester head office and left messages for the manager (Darion) to call me and to date none of my calls were returned. We are at a point of returning the goods that was delivered and ask for a refund of the deposit paid. Had we known that we would experience this type of service we would never have bought from Rochester at all.
