Exceptional Service!

On Sunday 21 April I purchased Squillos yogurt from Parkmore Spar. When I returned home I noticed that one of the packs was past it's sell by date of 17 April 2013. On Monday morning I emailed the store to complain. Within half an hour the store owner had emailed me back, apologising for the outdated yogurt and offered to replace the product and refund me! He also arranged for his driver to deliver the yougurts and cash refund to my office. His turnaround time was amazing and my complaint was resolved within two hours of my initial email. BIG THUMBS UP to Parkmore KwikSpar!
