How can you sell old food?

Today I just had enough, how on earth can you sell old food? I bought doughnuts and they are old, I`m sick (about to puke) this isn't the 1st time, I took it back to the store, they offered a refund, I don't care bout a refund, but not even my dog wants to eat the food SPAR says is FRESH, Ive bought sand witches, hot dogs, burgers, all being old (bread was hard) Ive also seen burgers/sandwiches/ect on the self that was packed 5 days ago (how the is this fresh?), one day someone is going to die from food poising and I hope its sooner then later, actually, I hope its the owner because he doesn't care about his customers, really hope you get your together.
