Spar Doornpoort service stinks

On two occasions I have purchased a 2 litre tub of ice cream from this Spar and when I open it at home (less than 5 minutes drive) the ice cream is melted. I brought this under the attention of one of the gentlemen who looked like a manager but no surprise here, the next time I went I had the same problem. I have complained about their expired yogurt, poor meat quality and now this ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS but it looks like they think they are doing ME a favour. No such thing as "My Spar". frankly I'd rather drive the extra 5km to PnP.
