DON'T EVER BUY MISTAKENLY AT PARKMORE SPAR!!!

I've been a very regular and loyal customer of Spar, Parkmore for many years, having spent many thousands of rands there. However, on the 8th Sept 2013, I was treated very, very badly by the teller assistants. What happened, a few days previously was that I had mistakenly purchased a bottle of Head and Shoulders air conditioner instead of my normal Head and Shoulders shampoo. The bottles are very similar and as a hard working PhD postgraduate as well as a busy consultant, I have a little time on my hands and therefore it is very, very easy to pick up and take the wrong bottle. Being a really busy person, I didn't really bother about this, but I eventually decided to take it back and swop it out for my desired shampoo. HOWEVER, ON INFORMING THE TELLERS ABOUT THIS AND MY DESIRED SWOP-OUT, THEY INITIALLY INFORMED ME THAT I DIDN'T BUY IT THERE AND THEN THEY, UNBELIEVABLY, TRIED TO TELL ME THAT IT, THE HAIR CONDITIONER, HAD PASSED ITS SELL BY DATE!!! INCREDIBLY OFF, I JUST STORMED OFF AND SUBSEQUENTLY WROTE A STRONGLY WORDED LETTER OF COMPLAINT TO THE SPAR HEADOFFICE
