FOUND CARDBOARD PAPER IN YOGURT

I purchased a 1 lt Parmalat Chocolate chip yogurt earlier this afternoon from local Spar and while eating found a piece of cardboard paper sheet in the yogurt. Fortunately I saw this on spoon before consuming. How could this have ended up in sealed yogurt container? Completely disgusted and feel obligated to inform supplier.
