Why is it so difficult to shop here?

My experience with this branch started at 9:10am this morning when I stood outside waiting by closed doors as the shop was still not open. Afrika was the first person that I dealt with. Not being able to give me any info on the TV's, he gladly opened his sales screen and read all the features and benefits from his pc.

I left to do my own research before I settled on a Samsung. When I called to enquire about finance, Afrika told me that I can email all my documents but I will not be eligible for the promotion (ending today). I then spoke to Alex (Training sales manager) and he did agree to honour the promo price but I had to be in today with all the original docs.

I have told him that I will be there in 20min. Guess what, no Alex. When I spoke to the manager he informed me that Alex went to the bank. I asked if the manager could help, but the response was a no, I should rather deal with Alex.

After waiting more than 10 minutes, Alex finally arrived. While passing me over to someone else (according to him he doesn't do sales anymore) I was told that I have to add H&H as a beneficiary to my insurance before I can apply for finance!

Afrika -> Alex -> Manager -> Alex ->? -> EXIT
