Holiday to Mozambique

We decided to go on holiday to mozambique as a family, my wife looked on google for the best place for us to stay, we found a house in Ponta do Ouro with Alex Pracas details we confirmed the booking for 10 people he insisted on payment which we did, we arrived in Ponta for the first time to find that the house we were taken to was the complete opposite to the pics Alex had sent us we insisted on staying in the home which we agreed on based on the pics we were sent, he then took us to the house only to tell us that it sleeps 5 people not 10, he had the worst attitude i have ever seen, we then had found out that Alex Pracas is a agent for finding accommodation and his not the owner we then called the owed and threatened we would go to their local police to lay charges in 5 min Alex calls back saying he will go buy us beds but was not sure when he will bring them thru, we insisted on getting our money back which took him two days to do so, please don't deal with Alex Pracas Ponta Do Ouro Mozambique he is a man not to be trusted.
