POOR SERVICE, PATHETIC PPL SKILLS

COMPLAINT: You would not believe the experience my sister Ashe Pillay and her son Alex Hagan Pillay (AGED 15) had at Markham in Chatsworth Centre on Sunday 11/08/13: LYDIA GOUNDEN, apparently the manager at the store, asked Alex to leave the store before she embarrassed him - all because he was shopping unaccompanied by an adult!!! Ashe went back to the store and asked the manager why her son was asked to leave the store - and got the most ridiculous response: Apparently somebody was waving to him calling him out of the store, and without knowing who this person was to Alex, she asked him to leave the store and go to that person (who by the way is unknown to Alex) before she embarrassed him???!!! This person could have been a pedophile or worse!!! Does this even make sense? How is this Lydia a manager at all? She created a scene and refused to apologise to both of them even after they made their purchases!!! And she still smirked and passed comments at them as they left the store! Is this management material?! Her attitude and people skills are appalling!!! Absolutely Awful! We would appreciate some investigation into this matter by Senior Management of Markham.
