I bought a lounge suite for cash on the 20th Aug at the Alex Branch to be delivered on the 24th Aug out of the Tzaneen Branch. On the day when delivery was meant to happen, the Tzaneen branch could not deliver because a different stock number was used, and their systems were different, the one using SAP and the other SERIES system. Tzaneen manager notified Alexandra branch but they were not interested to correct the issue. The Alex sales lady and store manger were so rude to us and even about contacting the warehouse to sort the issue, despite me explaining to them what they needed to do, which they would not have known if not for me. They said I had no right to intervene, and said I should wait for the delivery which I am still waiting for even today. I wrote a letter requesting a refund on the 26 Aug, delivered to the Alex branch who said they will escalate it. I even sent the same letter and description of events to Adilla Makama who usual responds on behalf of the JD group customer service. It has been over 4 weeks with no response, and I thought I could save Morkels the embarrassment by using their internal process before coming to Hello-Peter, but I was wrong.
