Dis-Chem
No action despite promises made

Despite my previous complaint about Dis-Chem (on Hello Peter and Facebook and Consumer watch) lying to its customers and selling their discontinued lines at a discounted price when in fact some products have not been marked down, and despite a commitment from the branch manager, Dario (who phoned me on Friday after my posting on Facebook and HelloPeter) that he woud have the offending items removed from the clearance sale. I popped in today and to my disgust the two products that I checked are still exactly the same price as they were before they went on sale. The only difference is that they changed where they display them on their Markdown table. Dario then has the audacity to tell me that the prices have been changed. Really!!!? Can it get any worse? This is the fourth time that I have complained to Dis-chem.
