On 18 Jan 2013 Alex owner of Alex Organics, told me that I am a stupid and he hopes the next house braking insident will be at my house, after I asked him not to lean over the wall and cut my plants on my side, he said he is the law and can do this, he has a huge neighbourhood watch sticker on his van and a cell no 0842952191. Do I have any rights? If he discussed the problem we could have agreed on a solution.
