DON'T BUY A KELVINATOR, VERY BAD SERVICE!!

On 16/10, I logged a call with Kelvinator (JB07315) as my 6 month old washing machine was leaking water. Firstly, after me having to call them for days, a technician comes out on the 22/10 in the evening to look at the problem. He called me back the next day later saying that I will get a call from Service Centre by the 25/10 as they have no stock on the part (s) required and will have to swap out the machine. On the 28th, once again, I called in and spoke to the Service Manager (Robin) whom promised me that he will make arrangements for my machine to be swapped out and he will call me back by the 29th at the latest. This whole experience has been quote frustrating as I am the one who has to continuously call in to get an update. It is already very difficult to do without a washing machine and 2 weeks gone and still no resolution, no call-back, NOTHING. So, here's a resolution. COME FETCH YOUR BROKEN WASHING MACHINE AND GIVE ME A REFUND SO I CAN BUY ANOTHER BRAND WHERE I DON'T GET SUCH A SERVICE!!!
