Purchased triple bunk from store 28/03/13, 06/04/2013 went into the store to complain there was a factory fault with the double bed, manager - Lance was rude & very unhelped said that he will be there on 08/04/2013, took a day off in order to give manager access to my premises, he did not pitch, hence I called head office on the 09/04/2012 - Spoke to Ronelle, explained what happen & mentioned that I want to cancel. Advised that i should go back to store & sign a cancellation agreement, which i did that same day, ever since i have been told everyday that the store will be there to pick up goods, bunk was disassembled 18/04/2013 & promised that someone will pick up on 20/04/2013, no one has come to fetch goods, no add insult to injury they have also debited my account after i cancelled & i have two 9 old kids that are sleeping on the floor at the moment!!!
