Account Issues and VERY BAD service

We purchased goods on account from your Greenacers store and signed that a debit order goes off every month. This did not happen, which is obviously a mistake from the branches side.
We then received a letter from Joshua Doore threatening to institute legal action against me regarding my account for allegedly overdue payment. I then went into the store and paid the outstanding amount.
On the 2nd March 2013 I deposited R10 000 into the account via my cheque account card been swiped in store, the manager, Angelique, has a copy of this payment in her books. After receiving 3 statement after the payment and it is still not reflecting. Also, on two occasions, they said i had 2 accounts with Joshua Door where i only have one. It still shows this!! The service in getting the account opened was fantastic but i am VERY disappointed in the service that followed. The staff show no concern for the customers, they sit telling jokes and playing on cell phones, INFRONT of customers. They also seem to have no regard for time. I, as a paying customer, I WILL take this further if nothing has been done.
