I have purchased a goods from Joshua door incl a Gomma Gomma Lounge Suite, in December 2013 . At the end on Jan 2014, I notified the Store the couches had a flaw in the material and the supplier came and collect. March 2013, the rest of the couches was also returned to the Supplier, due to flaws in the material. it was also noted the seating on the one couches was damaged. i was the one to make the calls as The staff at JD didn't call to follow up or give any feedback on the couches while at the supplier. i have made numerous calls to JD, just for me to call again and nothing has been done. I was at the store was 14 Sept 2013, i was told the regional manager was going to get in contact with me to sort my account. On 05 Oct 2013 i was in store spoke to Zaida and she was going to get back to me by the next Thursday and till today still no contact from anybody. I was prepared to take another lounge suite but after more than 6 months i have made alternate arrangements, I don't have a need any longer. Why should i pay for something that i don't need. As discussed with Zaida, Just credit the couches from my account. I'm not prepared to take the knock as I was not at fault.
